We work from final kitchen-supplier drawings; kitchen units, appliances and design are normally ordered by the client unless expressly included in our quotation. Kitchen renovation work takes 2–4 weeks, depending on layout changes and coordination with kitchen delivery. You receive one coordinated in-house team and a fixed quotation for the agreed scope.

To prepare a clear and fixed quote, the final kitchen layout must be defined first.
This includes:

- Electrical points (sockets, appliance feeds, lighting)
- Ventilation routes and extractor position
Important to note:
- We do not design kitchen layouts
- We do not manufacture or supply kitchens
Our role is to take the approved kitchen plan and execute all renovation works around it, ensuring services and finishes are prepared exactly as required.
