Full-house renovations take approximately 2–6 months. As an early budgeting guide, a substantial renovation is commonly around €1000–€1,500 or more per square metre including VAT, but the final amount depends on the condition of the property, structural work, technical installations, finish level and which client-selected products are included. After an on-site visit and detailed room-by-room scope, we provide a fixed project quotation.
